casemagiQ Case Erector Station

The casemagiQ case erector station is the folding and sealing station for a robotic case erector. After a robot equipped with casemagiQ CM50 or CM100 picks and opens a flat carton, the station guides the case through inner and outer flap folding and seals the bottom with an integrated Signode taping head. It handles case sizes from 200 × 125 × 125 mm up to 500 × 500 × 400 mm, giving you a defined, repeatable case erection process across a broad range of carton formats. Because flap folding and taping are combined in one structure, you don't need to design and integrate your own forming guides, folding fixtures, and tape sealer around the robot. The station is fully passive and mechanical, so it requires no connection to the robot controller or software. That makes it a straightforward way to add automated case erecting to a robotic packaging cell. Adjustable flap folders and guides accommodate different carton sizes, and the working height can be set to match your packaging line. Mounting provisions for exit conveyors and an Impaqt Robotics Qik-mount robot pedestal let you build a compact, complete case erector cell around the station.
