casemagiQ Station

casemagiQ Station is a mechanical case forming station designed to fold and bottom-seal erected cartons in robotic packaging applications. It supports case sizes from 200 × 125 × 125 mm up to 500 × 500 × 400 mm, providing a defined forming process across a broad range of carton formats. casemagiQ Station combines inner flap folding, outer flap folding, and a Signode taping head in one structure. This reduces the need to separately design and integrate custom forming guides, folding fixtures, and taping equipment around the robot. Adjustable flap folders and guides support different carton sizes, while mounting provisions are available for exit conveyors and Impaqt Robotics Qik-mount robot pedestals. casemagiQ Station is designed to work with casemagiQ CM50 and CM100 as part of the wider case erection workflow.
