RBTX Palletizing System
The RBTX Palletizing System is a complete cobot solution for automating repetitive end-of-line palletizing. Configure the system around your box dimensions, weight, pallet pattern, stacking height and production requirements by selecting from available robot, gripper, base and safety options.
Unlike a palletizing cell that must be engineered and programmed from the ground up, the RBTX Palletizing System is configured and tested before delivery. The robot, gripper, HMI and selected equipment are prepared to work together, reducing the integration required at your facility and allowing the system to be deployed within days of arrival.
The intuitive HMI allows operators to enter box and pallet dimensions, create stacking patterns and save recipes for different products without writing code. When production requirements change, operators can adjust the setup or load a saved recipe directly through the interface.
Depending on the selected equipment and application, the system can handle boxes weighing up to 30 kg and palletize up to six boxes per minute. Transparent configuration pricing shows how each selection affects the system price, while a palletizing specialist is available to help you choose the appropriate setup for your application.
