Omron’s i4L SCARA robots, available in L350, L450, and L550 models, offer reach from 350 to 550 mm and payloads up to 5 kg. With repeatability of ±0.01 mm and cycle times starting at 0.38 seconds, they are ideal for high-speed, high-precision applications. Their compact design with integrated controller allows for space-saving table or wall mounting.

Programming is done via the intuitive ACE software or Sysmac Studio. With open architecture (eV+ language) and built-in interfaces like EtherCAT, RS-232C, and digital I/Os, the robots integrate easily into existing automation systems. A multi-color RGB dome light provides visual status indication and supports predictive maintenance.

Typical applications include pick & place, assembly, packaging, and material handling. The i4L series is especially suited for digital manufacturing environments requiring speed, precision, and easy integration.
