Pick and place application with an igus Cobot

In this customer application, the challenge was to place the perforated cardboard packaging on the unperforated cardboard packaging as precisely as possible, so that a kind of blister for test tubes is created at the end. Despite a repeat accuracy of +|- 1 mm, the ReBeL 6DOF was able to meet the requirement.

A Schunk EGP 25 end effector was used for the actual gripping. The EGP series are electric parallel grippers that can be used for a wide variety of applications.
