Extended action radius with the seventh axis In many applications, the working space of the robot is not sufficient right away. With a seventh axis from igus®, the working space of the robot can be extended by a factor of 4. A ZLW-20 toothed belt axis with adapter and matching energy chain set is usually used. The standard stroke length is up to 3000 mm, on request also up to 6000 mm. The axis is not only compatible with igus® robots, but also with lightweight robots from Universal Robots (also with UR CAP integration), EPSON and many more.
