In this customer test, the touchscreen of a tablet was to be tested for quality assurance functionality. Due to the high speed, an igus® 3-axis delta robot was used for this, which repeatedly runs through the programmed movement in a robot cell.
igus® Delta robots are available as 2-axis robots with 400 or 700m and as 3-axis robots with 360 mm or 660 mm working space. Ideal for pick and place tasks in diverse application areas. On request, the robot can be installed directly with the controller in a cell. In addition, the customer application can be tested in advance with us. With the igus Robot Control, programming is also no problem.
