The robotic cell consists of a stable aluminum profile frame and already includes the robot, the control system, control cabinet and safety technology. Its pick and place application, e.g. for battery handling, can be integrated in the work area. The cell is supplied with documentation and, depending on the application, CE certification. The xyz portal with a working area of 500 x 500 x 100 mm is controlled by the igus Robot Control system. A SICK safety PLC provides emergency stop and door switch functions and offers many expansion possibilities. The Rittal control cabinet offers plenty of space for expansion.

The end effector, the batteries and holder are not included.

Handheld with touch screen

You can control the robot either from your Windows 10 PC or from the handheld with touch screen. On the PC the robot can be programmed via a graphical user interface. With the handheld you can control the robot with a joystick and start programs via the touch screen. In addition, you can also connect a gamepad to your Windows PC for control as an alternative to the handheld. With this handheld, the robot runs autonomously without the computer after programming via the Windows PC.
