Automated circuit board bonding

This application illustrates how a spatial gantry robot can perform precise adhesive work in the semiconductor industry. The gantry has three degrees of freedom with which any required position can be moved. Add to this a mounted gluing attachment and you have a reliable robot with which precise gluing jobs can be realized.
