The Farmionic vision for a greener future
Farmionic has set itself the goal of developing a container system for fully automated indoor vegetable and herb cultivation. In addition to a robot that independently handles all tasks from seed planting to harvesting, the container is equipped with a system for intelligent control of climate, light, fertilizer and water. This allows the environmental conditions to be controlled and individually adapted to the plants being grown. The container system is complemented by a cloud-based solution for monitoring and analyzing all system processes and the health status of the plants grown. Farmionic's vision is to install the fully automated containers, for example in parking lots, underground garages, train stations and other central points, in cities.
