In this customer test, a pick and place task was to be realized. The challenge was to reliably transport the very large-area and soft material. The customer requirement was finally implemented with a large igus spatial gantry and a finger gripper configured from a set.

With dimensions of 2000x2000x1000 mm, the portal represents the largest series of the manufacturer and is available both without control and in 3 other variants with control. It is also compatible with various end effectors, camera systems, etc. With the vacuum gripper kits of the company Eberle, different grippers can be built depending on the application and is therefore also suitable for the education sector.
