In this machine tending application, the handling of the components was automated with a robolink robot arm. Manual operations are no longer necessary. Splash water is not an issue due to the use of waterproof joints. The robolink SW has splash water resistance according to protection class IP 44. Its connecting elements are made of stainless steel and the motors with encoders comply with protection class IP 65.
The suction lifter is an in-house development by the customer. The movement sequence of the robot arm is controlled by means of a self-programmed controller.
