From the RBTX vibratory bowl into a cup

Reliable and material-friendly transport

This application shows the vibratory bowl moving components into a cup. The vibratory bowl developed by RBTX generates vibrations that set the components to be transported in motion. With each vibration, the components make a small throwing motion in the direction of conveyance, in this case toward the cup. This process is referred to as microthrowing. The spiral bowl thus enables reliable and gentle transport of the components for further processing.
