Rotation conveyor

The rotary conveyor developed by igus(r) is used for feeding, positioning and separating small components to the robot or to a production line. The inserted components are set in motion by a rotating felt disc. This results in spontaneous changes in position. Once the desired position has been reached, the robot can be moved to the production line. The operator determines which parts he wants to convey and is also responsible for fitting the attachments (baffles, etc.) that are required for conveying and further processing certain desired small parts. The product is available in 3 sizes with diameters of Ø280mm, Ø400mm and Ø700mm.
