Example of a complete solution from Variobotic

In this application example from the "bin picking" sector, several work steps could be automated with an intelligent solution.

The supply hopper drops the components onto the "Varioshaker 270", which then separates them using vibration. The vision system then recognizes the individual parts and transmits this data to the Dobot. With the help of an EGP end effector, the Dobot picks up the components for further processing.

With the help of the various robot components, an intelligent solution was created.
