Easy expansion of the workspace for lightweight robots
Our 7th axis can be used individually and flexibly. It extends the action radius of robots by up to 6000 mm (according to technical design) and this makes them much more flexible in applications. For this axis an adapter kit is available for direct connection with your robot. The linear axis can be used for applications with precision requirements of 0.3 mm, with a load of up to 55 kg and a max. speed of up to 0.6 m/s. Our 7th axis is largely made of our tribologically optimized plastics and enables high cost savings.
The igus® ZLW-7th axis is compatible with the igus® Robot Control robot controller. You can download and test the associated software free of charge in advance. Easily program your robot solution with the 7th axis.
