In this application, an igus Robolink DP 5-axis robot was exhibited at a trade fair. The aim was to illustrate the automation of a pick and place task using a robot with electric parallel gripper in a robot cell. Robots are always eye-catchers at trade fairs, since on the one hand they can be used in their entire functionality and on the other hand also for service tasks and show interludes.
