Specification

  • 36” Diameter table

  • Symmetrical vertical load maximum 25 lbs. [11Kg]

  • Asymmetrical unbalanced vertical load maximum 12 lbs. [5.4Kg]

  • Prewired for light curtains with built in safety relay

  • Modbus TCP configured for Universal Robots and Epson T series SCARA robots

Turn Block™ Software Logic

  • Start/Stop Trigger Options: Remote, foot pedal, start/stop buttons, and timer.

  • Master Configuration: Coordinates with other machine blocks via a hierarchical handshake. Indexing starts with a trigger and proceeds only if all processes and operator actions are complete.

  • Auto Indexing Mode: Automatically indexes based on a programmable timer, subject to the same handshake. If the operator falls behind, the machine reverts to manual trigger mode.

  • Light Curtain Integration: Pauses indexing when the light curtain is broken; resumes when unbroken.

  • Part Presence Sensing: Detects unloaded/loaded parts with a programmable distance trigger. Ensures proper load/unload cycle before allowing table rotation. Skips process steps for empty nests.

  • Robot Block Integration: Robot waypoints, fault modes, local sensors, and EOAT triggers are programmed on the robot. Errors are reported to the Turn Block controller, displayed on the HMI, and indicated on the light tower.
