Adjustable case forming EOAT for a wider range of carton sizes casemagiQ CM100 is a universal case forming EOAT designed for carton erection with case sizes from 240 × 140 × 165 mm up to 500 × 400 × 400 mm. Its extendable arm allows the tooling to adapt across a broader range of carton formats, making CM100 suitable for applications that require greater flexibility between case sizes. CM100 combines vacuum gripping, pneumatic case forming, vacuum generation, laser alignment, and onboard control in one plug & play unit. A single compressed air inlet supplies the pneumatic and vacuum functions, reducing the external components and routing normally required for robotic case forming. The extendable arm and adjustable vacuum cup support setup across different carton dimensions, while the laser aligner and folding speed control help with quick alignment and consistent case erection. Robot compatibility includes Universal Robots via URCap, FANUC CRX via dedicated plugin, and other robot brands through Modbus RTU or Digital I/O communication.
