Adjustable case erector EOAT for a wider range of carton sizes casemagiQ CM100 is the larger, adjustable model in the casemagiQ range. It's an end-of-arm tool (EOAT) that picks and opens flat cartons from 240 × 140 × 165 mm up to 500 × 400 × 400 mm for robotic case erecting. An extendable arm and adjustable vacuum cup let one tool cover a broad spread of carton formats, so CM100 is the better fit for packaging lines that run several case sizes or larger shipping cases. When the case size changes, you reset the extendable arm and vacuum cup to the new format. The built-in laser aligner then speeds up positioning at the case fold, and folding speed control lets you match the forming motion to each carton's requirements. Vacuum gripping, pneumatic case forming, vacuum generation, and onboard control are all built into one plug & play unit fed by a single compressed air inlet. That cuts the external pneumatic components and routing a robotic case erector normally needs. CM100 works with Universal Robots via URCap, FANUC CRX via a dedicated plugin, and other robot brands through Modbus RTU or Digital I/O. For cartons up to 300 × 300 × 300 mm in space-constrained cells, casemagiQ CM50 is the more compact option. To complete the case erector cell, pair CM100 with the casemagiQ Case Erector Station, which folds the flaps and tape-seals the case bottom.
