The Effecto EIG2 electric parallel gripper combines compact design with advanced programmable force and position control. With its slim rectangular housing and five mounting orientations, it integrates easily into a wide range of EOAT setups. The embedded controller enables precise movement, adjustable gripping force, and optimized speed for fast open/close cycles.

The gripper offers multiple communication modes, including Modbus RTU and digital I/O, with optional expansion to USB, Ethernet, CAN, PROFINET or EtherCAT. Model variants cover strokes from 6 to 40 mm and gripping forces up to 280 N, making the EIG2 suitable for delicate electronics as well as heavier workpieces. With IP40–IP54 protection, low noise levels and repeatability down to ±0.02 mm, it delivers precise, quiet and robust performance.
