Più flessibilità con il 7° asse per robot

Il 7° asse di igus può essere utilizzato individualmente e in modo flessibile. In questo esempio applicativo, viene simulato il modo in cui un robot collaborativo preleva un pacco e lo posiziona su una linea di assemblaggio per il passaggio successivo. Grazie al 7° asse, il robot ha uno spazio di lavoro fino a 4 volte maggiore rispetto a prima e diventa molto più flessibile nelle applicazioni. Il robot è montato su una slitta con trascinamento a cinghia ZLW-20200, che gli consente di muoversi avanti e indietro per raccogliere e posizionare nuovi pacchetti. L'asse con una velocità massima di 0,3 m/s convince e offre una ripetibilità di +- 0,3 mm.
