로봇을 위한 7번째 축으로 유연성 향상

이구스의 7번째 축은 맞춤형으로 사용이 가능합니다. 이 어플리케이션 적용 사례에서는 협업 로봇이 패키지를 픽업하고 다음 공정을 위해 조립 라인에 배치하는 방법을 시뮬레이션 합니다. 7번째 축으로 인해 로봇은 이전보다 최대 4배 더 많은 작업 공간을 가지며, 어플리케이션에 맞춤 구성이 가능합니다. 로봇은 ZLW-20200 타이밍 벨트 축의 직동 슬라이드로 묶여 있어 앞뒤로 움직여 새 패키지를 집어 배치할 수 있습니다. 축은 0.3m/s의 최대 속도와 +- 0.3 mm의 반복성을 제공합니다.
