The following application was successfully tested in our Custom Testing Area at igus GmbH in Cologne.
The UR3e in combination with the Mech-Mind NANO is able to recognise objects using the MechMind VIZ software and transport them using the pick and place method.
The integrated 3D camera recognises contours and is able to localise objects. These are sucked up by the suction cup and placed in the desired container.
The possible applications of this flexible process are diverse and offer potential in various areas.
