Deze URCap laat zien hoe het laden en ontladen van bewerkingsmachines kan worden geautomatiseerd in combinatie met de Trulifter. Een UR-scharnierarmrobot beweegt heen en weer op een zevende as voor de twee machines, haalt de werkstukken eruit en sorteert ze in de dozen. De UR5e en de Trulifter communiceren via software, waarna de Trulifter de kratten verplaatst.

De UR5e is een collaboratieve 6-assige robot met een bereik van 850 mm en een eigen gewicht van 20,6 kilogram. Het maximale laadvermogen dat kan worden opgepikt is 5 kilogram. De Cobot kan worden uitgerust met verschillende grijpers, camerasystemen of zelfs accessoires zoals een drylin zevende as. Het kan worden gebruikt in een breed scala aan gebieden, van productie tot het laboratorium.
