Um teste específico de cliente foi realizado em nossa área de testes personalizados. O objetivo era transportar as caçambas empilhadas individualmente para outro local. Isso deveria ser feito usando o método pick-and-place.

Para esse processo, o robô de pórtico espacial Igus foi usado em combinação com a pinça a vácuo da Eberle Greiftechnik. O robô aspira uma caçamba e a transporta até o ponto de descarga. Esse processo é repetido até que todas as caçambas estejam empilhadas novamente no novo local.

O teste foi bem-sucedido. O aplicativo permite um processo de transporte flexível e seguro. Ao automatizar o processo, foi possível obter um manuseio eficiente e preciso das caçambas.

A combinação do robô de pórtico espacial Igus e a garra a vácuo da Eberle Greiftechnik provou ser uma solução eficaz para o processo de pick-and-place. Esse sistema oferece um método flexível e seguro de transporte de caçambas empilhadas. Ele mostra o potencial para outras aplicações em cenários semelhantes.
