Mais flexibilidade com um sétimo eixo para robôs

O 7º eixo da igus pode ser usado de forma individual e flexível. Neste exemplo de aplicação, é simulado como um robô colaborador pega um pacote e o coloca em uma linha de montagem para a próxima etapa. Devido ao sétimo eixo, o robô tem até quatro vezes mais espaço de trabalho do que antes e se torna muito mais flexível nas aplicações. O robô é preso por um deslizamento linear do eixo da correia dentada ZLW-20200, permitindo que ele se mova para frente e para trás para pegar e colocar novos pacotes. O eixo impressiona com uma velocidade máxima de 0,3 m/s e oferece uma repetibilidade de +- 0,3 mm.
