In this application, a low-cost bolting application was to be implemented. For this purpose, an igus Robolink DCi 5-axis robot was mounted overhead in a rack. With an additional axis and a do it yourself screwdriving gripper, the screwdriving process could be carried out. With a ring magnet around the bit, the screw can also be turned out and moved.
