Compact case forming EOAT for smaller carton formats casemagiQ CM50 is a compact universal case forming EOAT designed for carton erection with case sizes from 200 × 125 × 125 mm up to 300 × 300 × 300 mm. Its compact mechanical configuration is optimized for smaller cartons and applications where space around the robot is limited. CM50 integrates vacuum gripping, the case forming flap, vacuum generation, laser alignment, and onboard control into a single plug & play unit. A single compressed air inlet operates the suction cups and folding flap, reducing pneumatic routing and simplifying installation. The built-in laser aligner supports quick positioning at the case fold, while adjustable flap speed allows the opening and closing motion to be tuned for cartons of different thicknesses. CM50 supports Universal Robots via URCap, FANUC CRX via dedicated plugin, and other robot brands through Modbus RTU or Digital I/O communication.
