Compact case erector EOAT for smaller carton formats casemagiQ CM50 is a compact end-of-arm tool (EOAT) that picks and opens flat cartons, forming the core of a robotic case erector. It handles case sizes from 200 × 125 × 125 mm up to 300 × 300 × 300 mm, and its compact design suits smaller cartons and cells where space around the robot is limited. CM50 combines vacuum gripping, the case forming flap, vacuum generation, laser alignment, and onboard control in a single plug & play unit. One compressed air inlet runs both the suction cups and the folding flap, which cuts down on pneumatic routing and simplifies installation. The built-in laser aligner speeds up positioning at the case fold. Adjustable flap speed lets you tune the opening and closing motion for cartons of different thicknesses. CM50 works with Universal Robots via URCap, FANUC CRX via a dedicated plugin, and other robot brands through Modbus RTU or Digital I/O. To build a complete case erector cell, pair CM50 with the casemagiQ Case Erector Station, which folds the flaps and tape-seals the case bottom after forming.
