Test before invest

In this customer test for a bonding application, a Fineliner was attached to the Z-axis of an igus space gantry to perform a precision test. The customer wanted to test whether a repeat accuracy of +- 0.5 mm is sufficient for his application before buying.

For this purpose, various circular movements were carried out with the igus Robot Control software. Afterwards, the same program was run again to check the repeat accuracy. The test turned out to be very positive.
